Lila Catherine
Our newest family member made her grand entrance a mere 15 days late this morning after a 10 hour labor. I was scheduled for an induction last night at 8 pm and went into labor on my own right before then. I could not have done it without our doula, or the support of Lee. I don't know if I have ever experienced pain like that before, but I pushed through (despite begging for an epidural at one point) and had my waterbirth. I feel badly for everyone who heard me scream for about 7 hours straight.
But she is totally worth it. 8lbs 2oz, 20.5 inches long, red hair like her dad and a face like her brothers.

Congratulations to the Botham family our you newest addition. Lila is gorgeous and I am glad that you got your waterbirth that you wanted. Looking forward to more pictures! I can't wait to see a picture of Finn's reaction when he meets his sister for the first time!
Congratulations Andrea! She is beautiful. And it's great that you got your water birth. I am hoping to have an epidural-free VBAC in a few weeks, so it is always inspiring to hear someone else who made it through labor & delivery without any pain meds. Congrats!
